That's 7. Bucs LOSE

R H E LOB
5 8 0 5
2 6 0 4

The Pirates lost this one in their usual inept fashion.  Whether it was a botched rundown by Cedeno, the bullpen breaking down yet again (Sean Gallagher had a balk. WTF), or Andy LaRoche getting thrown out by a few miles after wandering slowly off the base,  the Pirates looked downright awful.  Ryan Doumit was his usual terrible self as well.

Zach Duke had a promising start, and left the game after 5.0 with 5 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 5 K, and 0 HR.  But the offense was unable to help him out and the bullpen gave up 3 more, 2 by Carrasco and 1 by Sean Gallagher.

Andrew McCutchen and Jose Tabata each went 2 for 4.  Walker and Cutch had the RBIs for the Pirates, scoring Cutch and Milledge, respectively.

And so the Pirates have lost 7 in a row to the just as bad Astros.  You have to think that with how bad the Astros have been this year that the streak will end sooner rather than later.  Today represents the Pirates' best chance of ending it, as tomorrow they have to face Oswalt again, who last time gave up just one hit to the Pirates.
