No controversy this time, just Chris Leroux, hours after being called up, forced to pitch in the biggest pressure situation of his career. When there were runners at the corners and 1 out in the bottom of the 10th, a lot of people, myself included, wanted Hurdle to take the rookie out and put in Joel Hanrahan. He did not. An intentional walk and a David Ross single later and the ballgame was over. The Pirates will have to hope for a split with the Braves and look to gain some momentum heading into Philly.
