Not surprisingly, as there was a Steelers game on opposite this one, not many people were watching, or at least less than usual. But a win's a win. Especially a road win. Those are in short supply.
Brian Burres pitched 7.0 innings, allowing 4 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, and 0 HR. He also struck out 6.
No one got more than one hit, but Neil Walker extended his hit streak to 18 games, tied for 3rd longest in the NL (both active and not). Cutch had a double, the only multi-base hit.
